摘要: Ypt1p regulates vesicle tethering and fusion events from the ER to Golgi through early Golgi. Genetic studies have suggested a functional relationship between Ypt31p/Ypt32p. Ypt31p Ypt32p are pair of functionally redundant GTPases that act after mediate intra-Golgi traffic or budding post-Golgi vesicles trans-Golgi. Here we report novel exchange factor is putative effector Ypt1p. These findings implicate small GTP-binding proteins Ypt/Rab family in signal cascade directs membrane secretory pathway.
