摘要: Salicylhydroxamic acid (SHAM) inhibits very effectively the rate of DL-DOPA oxidation by mushroom tyrosinase. SHAM also affects spectrum initial product(s) formed when is oxidized tyrosinase or NaIO4. Moreover, at certain concentrations, prevents polymerization dopaquinone enzymatically nonenzymatically probably due to a chemical interaction between and SHAM.
