摘要: Single phase polycrystalline BiFeO3 thin films were grown on three different substrates via chemical solution deposition. Our results indicate that the band gap of as-prepared can be tuned (2.02–2.67 eV) by grain size effects caused substrates. These show good photocatalytic properties degradation Congo red under visible-light irradiation ( λ > 400 nm). Additionally, weak ferromagnetic behaviors observed at room temperature in all films, which should correlated to destruction incommensurate cycloid spin structure and coexistence Fe3+ Fe2+ as confirmed X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
