摘要: Besides the MHC gene, HLA-B27, ERAP1 is one of non-MHC genes which also play key roles in pathogenesis AS. It has been reported that there an association between polymorphisms and AS Risk. However, results were inconclusive. The aim current study was to determine contribution ankylosing spondylitis (AS) susceptibility. To derive a more precise estimation association, meta-analysis performed by searching MEDLINE EMBASE data base. crude odds ratios (ORs) with 95% confidence intervals (CIs) calculated access strength risk. pooled ORs for minor allele versus major all polymorphisms. Nine case–control studies consisting 8,530 patients 12,449 controls identified this meta-analysis. Except rs27434 (P = 0.23), significant correlation susceptibility detected rs27044 (OR 1.57, P < 0.001), rs17482078 1.271, rs10050860 0.772, 0.006), rs30187 1.348, rs2287987 0.746, 0.001) rs27037 1.257, 0.001). This demonstrates may role result should be convincing experimental evidences molecular level population level.
