摘要: The investigation examined how to simulate practices of distributed, partially virtual teamwork in higher education. A course was designed engage ten teams producing solutions complex problems, similar that knowledge work. researched and prepared final reports project presentations (shared objects) based on assignments from two customers. design provided templates communication structures, but the needed self-organize order carry out their own goals. Two analyses arranged promoted hybrid work students coped with creation challenge. Based team interviews half-way through course, were confused even distressed open-ended assignment. At end self-reflections revealed a change more positive appraisals It concluded there types involved, inquiry, which might be best supported different scaffolding, first pragmatic or structural latter epistemic. This presents an example workplace can modeled for education, also points needs scaffolding challenging processes.
