摘要: We herein report two unusual cases of sarcoidosis presenting with similar subpleural reticular shadows predominantly in the lower lobes quite different pathological findings. In one patient, lobe specimen contained typical epithelioid cell granulomas and paraseptal fibrosis. However, other patient exhibited usual interstitial pneumonia (UIP) lesions upper lobe. Therefore, latter was diagnosed complicated UIP. Our results indicate that performing a surgical lung biopsy is necessary order to provide appropriate management when are present, even patients suspected sarcoidosis.
