摘要: Abstract External jugular vein is being increasingly utilized for central venous access parenteral nutrition, intravenous chemotherapy, diagnostic procedures, and anastomosis free tissue transfer. Therefore, knowledge of its variation important to clinician's associated with critical care, intervention radiology, micro-vascular reconstruction. We report a very rare interesting situation in which linguofacial trunk joined external forming common drained into the anterior aspect internal above omohyoid muscle. The such also importance head neck oncologists avoid unnecessary bleeding during dissection.
