摘要: Transjugular liver biopsy (TJLB) with use of a right external jugular vein (EJ) approach obviates deep neck puncture, thereby reducing the risk associated procedure in patients severely disordered coagulation. The EJ was successful 21 24 consecutive referred for TJLB (88%). unsuccessful three cases due to thrombosis or congenital absence EJ. via all which access could be obtained. In cases, simplified and shortened its duration.
