Watching Managers at Work: A Research Approach

摘要: There have been few observational studies of manufacturing managers at work. The recorded data from those which carried out show a richness difficult, if not impossible, to achieve by other methods. also that many previously accepted managerial concepts are now open question. This paper has two-fold purpose. Firstly, urge researchers make more extensive use the method it is applicable their own studies.
