摘要: The large corporation has been traditionally viewed as a unified organization of employees working together in close coordination toward common objective. An alternative conception is that the mass competing power groups, each seeking to influence company policy terms its own interests, or, at least, distorted image company's interest.1 This article uses Purchasing Agent case example illustrate forms which rivalry among functional groups can take, and show how this rivalry, other factors, encourages PAS (as they are commonly known) seek become "professionals."2 Specifically following processes seem be involved, I shall discuss order:1.
