摘要: In sports medicine, foot disorders present a significant clinical challenge due to the complex anatomy and function of foot. Injuries are involving soft tissue as well bony structures. Bone scintigraphy is sensitive technique, which provides essential functional information correlates better with symptoms treatment response than anatomical abnormalities. It useful tool detect conditions affecting structures in an early phase, but can also be helpful initial evaluation injuries. MRI though remains delineating most The emergence SPECT-CT has increased accuracy bone scintigraphy. This particularly true for recently developed hybrid systems, capable acquiring high-resolution multislice CT images. shown have incremental value orthopedic However, one should aware fact that available evidence concerning injuries scarce; especially specificity technique needs further elucidated.
