摘要: SUMMARY One case of pseudosarcoma the esophagus, including a review literature, is reported. A short discussion known biologic characteristics these tumors presented, but no attempt made to argue nature lesions. The important point that polypoid lesions esophagus should alert surgeon possibility pseudosarcoma. Therefore, if lesion appears sarcoma-like (anaplastic with bizarre tumor giant cells and suggests either lipo-sarcoma or rhabdomyosarcoma), careful search must be for an associated squamous cell carcinoma in base tumor.
