摘要: This paper presents the design of an LNA with integrated tunable notch filter targeted for UWB receivers. Impulse-based systems suffer from increased BER in presence strong interferers due to reduced SNR. The first stage achieves a wideband input match while second employs bridged-T interferer cancellation. has been implemented standard 0.18?m CMOS process. Simulated results show is 3.5GHz 7.0GHz greater than 40dB rejection. For frequency 5.3GHz, noise figure and gain at are 4.1dB 12.1dB respectively.
