摘要: In eight normal subjects, the excitability of soleus (Sol) H-reflex was tested in parallel with Sol length changes, EMGs leg and thigh muscles ground contact phases, during three different pacing movements: bipedal treadmill walking, single limb single-limb stepping on one spot. A computerized procedure used which compensated for changes stimulus effectiveness that occurred free motion. paradigms examined, significant modulations were observed respect to a control level determined standing weight-bearing position. During decreased early stance, maximally enhanced second half again end-stance whole swing phase, minimum value around toe off period. The main modulation pattern retained walking. spot, stance-phase increase phase depression still present. However, reflex responsiveness returned reference level, maintained subsequent Moreover, decrease detected mid-stance. time course described only partly correlated EMG muscle. Furthermore, movements tested, stance arc did not correspond expected basis available studies performed under static conditions. It is suggested that, at least certain stride phases (e.g. period), an active regulation affects transmission myotatic investigated.
