摘要: Background. Because of problems concerning the functional quality heart transplants, more and interest has been focused on physiologic changes occurring during brain death, one major possible contributing factors to myocardial alterations. Methods. The aim this study was describe link between acute experimental death metabolism. This achieved by in vivo 3-hour hemodynamic biological (myocardial lactate production) studies then vitro 6-hour phosphorus-31 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Two groups pigs were involved study: group I (n = 10) as control II brain-dead animals. Results. Within first hour, we observed a strong increase activity associated with onset production, lasting 2 hours corresponding anaerobic metabolism period. Despite apparent normalization before excision hearts, magentic spectroscopy revealed significant decrease adenosine triphosphate levels when compared I. Conclusions. We conclude that, our study, is an early transient period consumption. These consequences could partially explain some observations hear graft dysfunction.
