Low‐Temperature Preparation and Size Effect of Strontium Barium Niobate Ultrafine Powder

摘要: Ultrafine strontium barium niobate ((SrxBa1−x)Nb2O6, SBN) powders were prepared using sol–gel and hydrolysis aging processes. Their structural properties examined via X-ray diffractometry Raman spectroscopy. Our results indicated that the SBN crystallize to a pure tetragonal phase at annealing temperatures as low 700°C. The crystallite size of subjected different thermal treatments was in range several tens nanometers. Differential scanning calorimetry revealed heat flow had broadened peak. transition temperature from ferroelectric paraelectric relative dielectric constant SBN50 powder less than corresponding values bulk ceramic single crystal.
