摘要: A nonylphenol polyethylene glycol ether (Tergitol TP-9) containing an average of 9 moles ethylene oxide per mole was separately labeled with ethylene-1,2-14C and nonylphenol-14C (uniformly aromatic ring) chracterized on thin-layer chromatoplates. In 7 days, the rat excreted 39% oral dose (67 mg/kg) oxide-labeled TP-9 in urine, 52% feces, 1.2% as 14CO2, while over same time interval 20% nonylphenol-labeled 78% none 14CO2. Nonylphenol-14C se found to be a similar manner. The 7-, 10-, 12-, 15-mole adducts were isolated by column chromatography from oxidelabeled administered individually rats. 12- greater extent feces than 7- 10-mole adducts, reverse situation occurred urine. Free urine 1.0% dose. 14- present highest concentration. Ion exchange chromatographic studies urinary metabolites ethylene-14C indicate that principal are mono- dicarboxylic acids glucuronic acid conjugates nonylphenol.
