摘要: New catecholamine ruthenium(III) complexes with potentially interesting biological activity are described. The were prepared by reacting [RuCl(NH3)5]Cl2. newly species formulated as [RuIII(NH3)4(catecholamine-R)]n+ where catecholamine-R = noradrenaline, dopamine and isoproterenol, characterized elemental analysis, e.p.r., electronic absorption f.t.-i.r. They moderately stable in water at room temperature for least 1 week. In vitro tests of antifungal showed the ruthenium–catecholamine had strong inhibitory action against pathogenic yeast Candida albicans, glabrata tropicalis. Free does not show any activity.
