摘要: Lipid contents were studied in tissue and nuclei isolated from neurons glia of neocortex rats under conditions normothermia the state artificial hypobiosis caused by hypothermia-hypoxia-hypercapnia. Compared to tissue, both nuclear fractions fivefold impoverished phospholipids cholesterol strongly enriched with mono- diglycerides fatty acids. The contained similar amounts phospholipids, only cardiolipin content neuronal was lower than glial nuclei. led an increase cholesterol/phospholipids ratio (mol/mol) glia; sphingomyelin increased. increases suggest involvement lipid-dependent signaling systems functional response mammalian cells hypobiosis.
