摘要: Marek's disease herpesvirus (MDV)-transformed lymphoblastoid tumor cell lines were characterized for the presence of surface markers. Monoclonal antibodies used CD3 (T-cell receptor [TCR] complex), TCR1, TCR2, and TCR3, CD4, CD8, Ia antigen by indirect fluorescence staining followed microscopic examination or flow cytometry. The obtained from tumors chickens infected with MDV (n = 44) local lesions induced inoculation allogeneic, MDV-infected chick kidney cells 56). Lymphocytes harvested these between 4 16 days postinoculation cultured in vitro to establish lines. All expressed and/or TCR thus are activated T cells. Most developed CD4+ CD8-; only one line was negative both Sixteen percent TCR3+, while remainder TCR2+. much more heterogeneous: 45% CD4- CD8+, 34% CD8-, 21% CD8-. number TCR3+ larger than expected CD8+ CD8- lines, as judged blood. These results indicate that several subsets lymphocytes can be transformed MDV, depending on pathogenesis infection. Activation a consequence normal allogeneic stimulation seem first important step process transformation.
