Clinical assessment included Addiction Severity Index, Childhood Trauma Questionnaire, Structured Interview Diagnostic Statistical Manual Mental Disorders, totalling 58 variables. Descriptive Poisson regression predictive Random Forest algorithm were used complementarily estimate prevalence ratios build prediction models, respectively. All analyses stratified by gender. Results The was 34% 50% women. In both genders, depression (PRM = 1.56, PRW 1.27) hallucinations 1.80, 1.39) suicide. Other specific found women, such as childhood trauma, aggression, drug severity. The men's model had statistics AUC 0.68, Acc. 0.66, Sens. 0.82, Spec. 0.50, PPV 0.47 NPV 0.84. This identified several variables important predictors, mainly related women's higher power (AUC 0.73 all other equal 0.71) parsimonious. Conclusions Our findings indicate that depression, trauma genders. Also, it suggests severity may be moderator between among men, while psychiatric issues shown more
