摘要: Semicarbazide-sensitive amine oxidase (SSAO) is very abundant at the plasma membrane in adipocytes. The combination of SSAO substrates and low concentrations vanadate markedly stimulates glucose transport GLUT4 transporter recruitment to cell surface rat adipocytes by a mechanism that requires activity hydrogen peroxide formation. Substrates such as benzylamine or tyramine with potently stimulate tyrosine phosphorylation both insulin-receptor 1 (IRS-1) 3 (IRS-3) phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI 3-kinase) adipose cells, which occurs presence weak stimulation kinase. Moreover, acute administration vivo enhances tolerance non-diabetic streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats reduces hyperglycemia after chronic treatment streptozotocin-diabetic rats. Based on these observations, we propose mimic insulin effects cells exert an anti-diabetic action animal model type diabetes mellitus.
