摘要: The biogenic amine tyramine has been reported to stimulatein vitro glucose transport in adipocytes, cardiomyocytes and skeletal muscle, improvein vivo utilization rats. These effects were dependent on oxidation, since they blocked by inhibitors of monoamine oxidase (MAO) semicarbazide-sensitive (SSAO). We thus tested this work whether a prolonged treatment with could improve tolerance streptozotocin-induced diabetic First, content standard rodent chow was determined HPLC daily intake control rats estimated be around 26 μmol/kg body weight. Then, administred during 3 weeks at 29 i.p. injection alone or together vanadate 0.02 μmol/kg. In another group rats, subcutaneously delivered 116 μmol/kg/day osmotic minipumps. All treatments resulted decrease the hyperglycemic responses an load. Adipocytes isolated from either untreated treated sensitive stimulation uptake tyramine. However, animals receiving for three did not recover their hyperglycemia, hypoinsulinemia glucosuria. results show that improvement induced administration occurs insulin-depleted model probably peripheral insulin-like actions oxidation MAO/SSAO substrates, such as into adipocytes.
