摘要: Abstract The surface ion-imprinted poly(ethylene terephthalate)-thiosemicarbazide modified chelating fibers (Hg-PET-TSC) was prepared using Hg(II) as a template and formaldehyde cross-linker showed higher adsorption capacity selectivity for the ions compared with non-imprinted (NI-PET-TSC) without template. results that of on affected by initial pH value, concentration, well temperature. Both kinetics thermodynamic parameters removal process were evaluated obtained indicated spontaneous exothermic fit second-order kinetic model. Equilibrium experiments fitted in both Langmuir Freundlich isotherms fits isotherm equation monolayer process. maximum values Hg-PET-TSC NI-PET-TSC 137.13 mg/g 77.51 mg/g, respectively. coefficient other metal an overall preference ions.
