摘要: Antisense approaches provide alternative tools to local modification of gene expression. In this chapter we will consider different antisense techniques, discuss the nature and theoretical basis approach, examine its in vivo application. We primarily focus on application techniques vascular smooth muscle cell studies, but other areas applications be mentioned as well.
