摘要: The aberrations of TP53 gene and dysregulation the pathway are important in pathogenesis many human cancers, including malignant lymphomas, especially for diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). By regulating downstream target genes or molecules, governs major defenses against tumor growth promotes cellular DNA repair, apoptosis, autophagy, cycle arrest, signaling, transcription, immune inflammatory responses metabolism. Dysfunction TP53, microRNA regulations, copy number alterations itself, regulators, somatic mutations by abnormal function modes, play an role generation, progression invasion. DLBCL has been widely explored recently. In this review, we summarized recent advances on different mechanisms new therapeutic approaches to overcome inactivation.
