摘要: Abstract The P–C–I and charging–discharging properties of three Ti–Zr based alloys have been studied. Ni substitution for Mn Cr in the alloy was found to increase plateau pressure curve. In addition, partial by V greatly improved discharge capacity. However, six-element alloy, Ti 0.5 Zr 0.2 0.7 0.6 , degraded rapidly gas–solid reaction. Hydrogen contents under low were increased during hydrogen absorption–desorption cycling. Annealing at 1050°C 4 h before experiment helped releasing retained pressure. Only a slightly flattened slope obtained annealed alloy. Microstructures as-cast examined related above results. Alloy powder poisoned after 2-month storage air, which resulted deterioration Surface pretreatment on powders HCl–HF solution decreased activation time charge–discharge
