Optical properties of YVO4:Eu3+ nano-phosphors at different europium concentrations

摘要: In the present work, YVO4:Eu3+ nano-phosphors are synthesized for various concentrations of europium. X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, UV–visible spectroscopy and photoluminescence used characterization nano-phosphors. It is observed that crystallite size decreases with increase europium concentration. The spectra show crystal structure tetragonal phase. phosphors at 5 mol% exhibit sharp peaks higher intensities, which reflect better luminescent properties as compared to samples other concentration through excitation 325 nm. between 250 350 nm due charge transfer transitions from ligand ion in spectroscopy. This study concludes up mol%, luminescence intensity increases then further concentrations. results likely be useful understanding role optimum
