摘要: Polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) photonic crystal has been prepared on quartz substrate by the self-assembly vertical deposition technique. YVO4:Eu3+ inverse opal was obtained annealing PMMA infiltrated with nanophosphors at 500°C for 3 h. Scanning electron microscopy confirmed development of and structures. Photoluminescence study showed that luminescence characteristics depended position stop band. It observed photoluminescence intensity enhanced near bandgap edge as compared a nanophosphor powder sample.
