A Case of Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonia in a Patient with Ulcerative Colitis

摘要: Pulmonary complications of ulcerative colitis are relatively uncommon and may present as a variety disorders. Ulcerative colitis-related interstitial lung disease is extremely rare. There few case reports nonspecific pneumonia in worldwide but none Korea. We report patient with related biopsy-proven pneumonia, who responded to prednisolone (1 mg/kg) mesalazine therapy.
