摘要: The reproducibility, mode of inheritance and polymorphism amplified fragment length (AFLP) markers were examined in ayu Plecoglossus altivelis (Salmoniformes: Plecoglossidae). AFLP highly reproducible, their following Mendelian expectations. number fragments (34-134), polymorphic ratio (0.15-0.78) average heterozygosity (0.02-0.25) the showed significant variation among six primer pairs populations, including a landlocked Lake-Biwa population, two amphidromous populations (P. a. altivelis) Ryukyu-ayu ryukyuensis). Although analysis provided similar results intra-population diversity relationships to those found by analyses allozymes, microsatellites mitochondrial DNA sequences, AFLPs higher polymorphisms hence greater distinction between genetically close populations.
