摘要: The Anaphase-Promoting Complex or Cyclosome (APC/C) is an E3 ubiquitin ligase whose activation requires the binding of a cofactor, either Cdc20 Cdh1. While APC/C-Cdc20 major player during mitotic exit, APC/C-Cdh1 plays central role in maintaining quiescence and controlling onset DNA replication. In addition, essential for endoreduplication, process which several rounds synthesis occur without mitosis. Recent data suggest that APC/C also involved differentiation metabolism, important roles postmitotic cells such as neurons. Thus, not only critical anaphase but regulates many other cellular processes G1/S quiescent cells.
