摘要: This study investigates the susceptibilities of SPB cell line to fish viruses including giant seaperch iridovirus (GSIV-K1), red sea bream (RSIV-Ku), grouper nervous necrosis virus (GNNV-K1), chum salmon reovirus (CSV) and eel herpesvirus (HVA). GSIV-K1, RSIV-Ku CSV replicated well in cells, with a significant cytopathic effect production. However, cells were HVA GNNV refractory. To examine ability stably express foreign protein, expression vectors encoding B1 B2 fused enhanced green fluorescent protein (EGFP) GSIV ORF35L DsRed constructed introduced by transfection into cells. Stable transfectants displayed different morphologies compared each other. EGFP-B1 was predominantly localized nuclei, EFPF-B2 distributed throughout cytoplasm nucleus, granular 35L-DsRed secreted vesicles. The produced blebs on surface, but showing stable EGFP, or showed normal morphologies. Results show transfected grow at temperatures between 20 35 °C serum-dependent growth. are suitable for studies virology.
