摘要: We consider the hypothesis of primordial nature non-enzymatic reverse tricarboxylic acid (rTCA) cycle and describe a modeling approach to quantify uncertainty this due combinatorial aspect constituent chemical transformations. Our results suggest that a) rTCA belongs degenerate optimum auto-catalytic cycles, b) set targets for investigations origin common metabolic core should be significantly extended.
