摘要: Procedure for the undifferentiated or myeloid lineage biased expansion of haematopoietic stem cells coming from umbilical cord blood, mobilized peripheral blood bone marrow. (HSCs). More specifically, present invention relates to a procedure HSCs marrow blood. Said comprises steps culturing purified CD34+ at constant volume, said variable volume and conditioning transplantation. With this dose which is necessary their clinical use produced reproducibly, robustly safely.
