摘要: The invention relates to methods of obtaining compositions for generating multipotent hematopoietic stem progenitor cells comprising expansion hematopietic in the presence HDACI and IDM. Methods enriched megakaryocyte are also provided. Compositions populations obtained therefrom provided by invention.
