摘要: Rats were cannulated in the major mesenteric lymph duct and given an intraduodenal bolus of unlabeled α-[3H]tocopherol, [14C]oleic acid soybean oil. The appearance α-tocopherol was negligible during first 2 h peaked 4–15 after feeding, whereas no detectable amount recovered portal vein.
