摘要: Analytical ultracentrifugation is one of the most powerful methods for characterization nanoparticles since days its invention due to high resolution and statistical significance. Latexes with different sizes their mixtures have been measured by sedimentation analytical ultracentrifuge (AUC) OPTIMA XL-I (Beckman Coulter, Palo Alto, CA, USA) interference optics at λ 0 = 675 nm absorption 0 = 546 263 nm. Additionally, a blue pigment characteristic visible light has investigated. A large influence Mie scattering on particle size distribution respect samples moderate or broad observed. Therefore, consideration effect compulsory AUC measurements optics.
