摘要: Spleen cells from C3H/An mice immunized with spleen of C57BL/6-H-2k were fused myeloma cell line NS.1. One established hybrid continuously secreted antibody that recognized a new surface antigen provisionally called Ly-m18. The alloantigen is expressed on 90 percent thymus cells, 55 and 45 either lymphnode or bone-marrow cells. It also derived brain, kidney, liver. Fifty peripheral T B express the Ly-m18 antigen, some tumor lines T, B, pre-B stem characteristics are (+). strain distribution pattern distinguishes Ly-m1 8 all other murine lymphocyte alloantigens. typing data two sets CXB AKXL recombinant inbred strains indicate gene linked to Ltw-2 locus which has not yet been assigned chromosome.
