摘要: This study describes serological and biochemical properties of a novel MHC class I molecule. The mutant H-2Ksm1 molecule was discovered in mouse because loss reactivity its peripheral blood lymphocytes to monoclonal antibodies. mutation the H-2Ks is first vivo described that has altered an amino acid residue (amino 107) distant from regions generally considered be peptide or TCR contacts. Cell surface expression molecules remains high but Arg107 Trp substitution appears alter native protein conformation, markedly decreasing cell association with beta 2-microglobulin light chains conferring recognition by Ks specific
