摘要: Soil erosion is one of the most serious environmental problems affecting quality soil, land, and water resources upon which humans depend for their sustenance. A soil hazard map highly useful planning, conservation management in prone areas. In order to assess hazard, remote sensing (RS) geographical information system (GIS) technologies were adopted, a numerical model was developed using spatial principal component analysis (SPCA). Here, an integrated index (SEHI) computed classified into four levels viz. low, average, high, very high. process, nine factors selected together with degree importance erosion. Integrated RS GIS techniques models applied generate necessary SPCA approach. addition, calculated rate used find out risk identified as actual occurrence potential risk. Results show that, general, average hazardous condition found area. The more extensive terms involved area compared occurrence, both higher at mid-level elevation This study highlighted that priority should be given where high probability protecting land present future well. Therefore, application combined provided effective methodology solve complex decisional problem assessment.
