摘要: A simple and rapid method was presented for qualitative quantitative analysis of organophosphate pesticides in human blood serum, which employs a gas chromatograph fitted with flame thermionic detector. Serum samples from 14 out 20 patients suspected chronic pesticide poisoning showed peaks corresponding to ethylparathion, sumithion, and/or malathion on chromatography. All 15 cases acute examined were shown contain one, two or three kinds pesticides, namely salithion their serum. On the other hand, no organophsphate detected sera control cases. Thus, detection serum contributes much diagnosis such chemicals.
