摘要: Many of the barium polytitanates have dielectric properties suited for use as ceramic resonators in microwave ®lters. BaTi4O9 and Ba2Ti9O20 are used commercially communications industry. The impetus preparation a single-phase BaTi5O11 is that this material should temperature coef®cient constant oa close to zero, thus making an extremely attractive candidate resonator devices [1]. Synthesis was ®rst reported by Tillmans [2], but not obtained. only obtained metastably from melt, or observed intermediate reaction product. Until recently, were relative ar  40 quality factor Q . 6000 at 9.7 GHz sample prepared alkoxide solgel method [3]. At present, conventional methods powder sol-gel chemical precipitation such citrate route [4]. In paper, we fabricate ®bers time hydrothermal synthesis process. There potential demands be reinforcing ceramics metal bodies. Moreover, ®brous materials number speci®c properties, highly crystal axis orientation grains, high thermal stability, so on. With development advanced composite material, more attention will paid functional ®bers.
