摘要: Abstract This paper describes the fabrication of barium strontium titanate (Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 or BST) nanofibers by electrospinning method using a solution that contained poly(vinylpyrrolidone) and sol–gel BST. The as-spun calcined BST/PVP composite were characterized TG-DTA, X-ray diffraction, FT-IR, SEM TEM, respectively. After calcination at above 700 °C in air for 2 h, BST 188 ± 25 nm diameter having well-developed cubic-perovskite structure successfully obtained. crystal morphology influenced temperature. Calcination below resulted amorphous phase whereas with second such as formed 700 °C. Diameters decreased from 208 35 to 161 18 increasing temperature between 600 800 °C.
