摘要: Three studies show that cells are protected against intracellular pathogens by autophagy, a process degrades cytoplasmic components in bulk. The work may have implications for the development of vaccines such as Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Streptococcus pyogenes and Shigella flexneri.
