摘要: Bicelles emerge as promising membrane models, and because of their attractive combination lipid composition, small size morphological versatility, they become new targets in skin research. are able to modify biophysical parameters modulate the skin's barrier function, acting enhance drug penetration. Because nanostructured assemblies, bicelles have ability penetrate through narrow intercellular spaces stratum corneum reinforce its lamellae. The bicelle structure also allows for incorporation different molecules that can be carried layers. All these characteristics modulated by varying composition experimental conditions. remarkable versatility is most important characteristic, which makes use possible various fields. This system represents a platform dermal applications. In this review, an overview main properties effects on presented.
