摘要: Terrestrial arthropods were identified as secondary colonizers of an abandoned termite nest (Nasvtilermes tatarendae) at the beginning inundation period in a floodplain forest influenced by whitewater central Amazonia. About 50 individuals non-termite meso- and macrofauna recorded per liter volume, mainly terrestrial Arachnida, lsopoda, Diplopoda, Blattodea, Staphylinidae, Formicidae. Apparently, nests could be important for survival soil-fauna which migra tes to canopy during flood period.
