摘要: A case of giant fibrovascular polyp the esophagus with a review literature is presented. The lesion benign and pedunculated may attain proportions. Symptoms are related to esophageal obstruction. Death by asphyxia can occur. Small lesions be removed endoscopically snare. Larger should excised using formal surgical approach.
