This research investigates the components of competitiveness, develops validates mathematical models predict competitiveness levels A/E/C headquartered mainland China (Chinese firms). The strategies achieve performance China's market are explored using Porter's generic strategies, Sun Tzu's Art War networking approach. method used is a questionnaire survey senior executives Chinese firms. Using structural equation modeling (SEM) technique, two reasonably accurate for predicting were developed validated. finding that may increase by pursuing multi-pronged approach comprising differentiation, focus, cost leadership, variation tactics, relationship cultivation.
