A systematic look at the carbon monosulfide molecule and chemical modifiers for the determination of sulfur by HR-CS GF MAS

摘要: This work describes an adequate method for the stabilization of three forms sulfur (ionic, saturated, and unsaturated), with different chemical modifiers (Zr, Pd Ca) during measurement as carbon monosulfide (CS) by high-resolution continuum source graphite furnace molecular absorption spectrometry. Sulfur contained in liquid samples, such milk, orange juice, swamp water, urine digested samples (whole egg powder rice flour), has been stabilized drying pyrolysis steps. Monitoring CS at 258.0560 nm provided same sensitivity thermal stability all species tested using 10 μL Ca (1 g L−1) 2 (10 L−1), covering platform Zr (400 μg). The optimum vaporization temperatures were found to be 600 °C 2300 °C, respectively. Aqueous standard solutions ammonium sulfate, L-cysteine, thiourea used calibration, linear range 0.02 μg S (2 mg L−1 200 S, injection) a correlation R greater than 0.996. LOD LOQ 6 ng 20 (0.6 S), respectively, precision 0.5% 7% RSD. In accuracy evaluation, concordances 93% 100% NIST 8415 1568a, have comparison certified value that proposed method. developed was employed direct determination also those prepared via microwave assisted digestion procedure. No significant differences (p > 0.05) found.
